PHARMAC'S NEW STRATEGY

Pharmac is helping develop a Quality Use of Medicines strategy with the Hospital Pharmaceuticals Advisory Committee.

The strategy aims for a better co-coordinated approach to the quality use of pharmaceuticals in hospitals, and to ensure that patients have access to the highest standard of care and best possible health outcomes

Consultation documents have been issued and posted on the Pharmac website and is calling for submissions.
