Pharmac chairman Richard Waddel has welcomed the appointment of Helmut Modlik to the Pharmac Board.
Helmut Modlik is the first Maori to be appointed to the Pharmac Board.
He has extensive business experience in the corporate and public sectors, and has worked as a consultant for Health Funding Authority, Work and Income NZ, Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet.
